We currently use CTT Expresso to ship your parcel.

All purchases are packed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis and can take up to 5 working days to dispatch.

Paw It Up! is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during shipping. 

Once your order leaves our hands it is under the responsibility of the courrier to deliver it. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcel. If you live somewhere that might be deemed hard to find please include clear delivery instructions when placing your order. If for some reason your order arrives damaged, or it doesn’t arrive at all, you can raise a claim with CTT Portugal here or with your national post office company. DOES PAW IT UP ASSUME THE COST OF IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS TAXES?

No. Import duties and customs taxes are not included in item price or shipping cost. These will be collected from you by the courrier, if applicable.

Please note that in case that if, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or isn't available for receiving the parcel/doesn't pick up the parcel as requested by the courrier, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.  

This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the pieces that are to be refunded.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@paw-it-up.com.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if we´re able to catch it in time, we can update your order! As soon as possible, please reach out to info@paw-it-up.com.

CAN I ADD / REMOVE / CHANGE ITEMS FROM AN EXISTING ORDER?

If you would like to make a change to your order, we would ask for you to contact us as soon as possible. Alternatively, you could create a new order with the updated items and cancel the existing order.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed and its shipment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information.
