Returns & Exchanges Policy

When ordering a Paw It Up item, if the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased, they have 14 consecutive days to exchange/return it after receiving it, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY AND HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Please send us an e-mail to info@paw-it-up.com before sending the products for an exchange or return.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return on all qualified items. You may request to return merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. In case of return, it is the client's responsibility to assume all return related costs. 

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original Paw It Up! tags attached, and the original packaging included.

Once it has been delivered, please allow 2-5 business days so our team may process your return package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, Paw It Up! will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Refunds are typically reflected within 2-4 business days of being issued. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund.

Please include a note within your package containing your Order Number and stating your desired Return to avoid any processing delays.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON ITEMS BOUGHT IN THE SAMPLE SALE?

No, we do not accept exchanges or returns on products purchased in the sample sale.

MY PRODUCT HAS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. WHAT SHALL I DO?

The cost of transport is borne by us if the customer asks for the item to be collected from the address indicated on the order. If the customer wants to send the item to us himself, the cost is borne by the customer.

When the item arrives in our hands, we confirm the defect reported by the customer. If we confirm that the item was indeed sold with a manufacturing defect, it is sent to our manufacturer for repair or an exchange is made if we have the item in stock.

MY DOG BROKE THE ITEM. WHAT CAN I DO?

We understand some dogs may get excited with our items and chew them up. Unfortunately, this is not considered a part of regular wear and tear and isn't a defect on our part. Feel free to reach out to info@paw-it-up.com to see what we can do for you.
